1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, your X handle, your website and who you want to reach), creator profiles and prices, campaigns and bookings, payment records, payout wallet addresses, and basic usage data about which features you use. We also collect public X data: profiles, posts, and who engaged with a launch.
2. How we use it
To run the marketplace: match teams with creators, show who engaged with a launch, process payments and payouts, keep accounts secure, support you, and improve the product. We don't sell your data.
3. Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run the service, under agreements that limit them to that purpose: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (card payments), Blockradar (USDC payments and payouts), and our hosting and database providers. Within a booking, teams and creators see what they need from each other: names, handles, prices, and post links. We never sell personal data.
4. Onchain data
USDC payments and payouts are recorded on the Solana blockchain. Wallet addresses, amounts, and transaction memos there are public and permanent, and we can't change or delete them.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account or email us and we'll remove it, except what we're required to keep by law, such as payment records.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@tractionforge.io.
7. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
8. Changes
