Terms
Last updated October 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using tractionforge.io, a service operated by tractionforge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What tractionforge does
tractionforge is a marketplace that connects crypto teams with creators on X. Teams find creators, book them to quote a launch, and pay through the platform; creators set their own prices and get paid once their post is live. We also surface public X activity, such as who engaged with a launch, so teams can follow up.
3. Your account
Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Information you give us, including your X handle and payout address, must be accurate and yours to use.
4. Teams and creators
Creators are independent, not our employees or agents, and decide what they post. Creators must disclose paid posts as ads where the law or X's rules require it. Teams are responsible for what they promote, including any token, and for following the laws that apply to it. Nothing on the service is financial or investment advice.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use tractionforge to spam, harass, mislead, promote scams, break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or disrupt the service, and don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell it. We may remove listings and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
6. Payments, fees & subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Subscription payments are final: we don't refund unused time or partial periods. Creator spend carries the platform fee shown on the pricing page. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
7. USDC payments
Teams can fund bookings in USDC on Solana. We hold funded amounts and release each creator's price to the payout address on their profile after their post is live. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed: check every address you give us. You pay any network fees on transfers you send, and we're not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network.
8. No guarantees
We don't promise any specific result: reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, or revenue. Outcomes depend on you, the creators you book, and X. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
9. Availability
We aim for reliable service but can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may add, change, pause, or retire features at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, tractionforge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Amounts you pass through to creators aren't fees.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll note the date at the top, and using the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@tractionforge.io.
